Robinson Crusoe was the third child in the family, he was predicted to become a lawyer, but the boy was attracted by sea travel. The father was dissatisfied with his son's passion for the sea, but he could not help it. The son escapes one of the nights on a ship with the captain, who is the father of his friend. The path lay on London. The first day of the sea voyage presented the trials in the form of a storm. The crashed ship sank, people escaped on a nearby boat.

 Acquiring nautical knowledge, Robinson travels to Guinea. It was an unsuccessful expedition. The ship was captured by the corsairs, the sailors were taken prisoner. For two years, Robinson fished fish for the captain's table. And one day he manages to escape. He sailed far with a supply of crackers and drinking water, until he was picked up by a ship bound for Brazil. There he buys plantations and works for them himself, resorting to what his father persuaded.

 But his passion for the sea reminds him of travel: he goes to Guinea for slaves, who are needed to work on the plantations. Two weeks later, a storm overtakes the sailors, blowing everything and everyone to pieces. And he throws Robinson on land. There is no longer any talk of Africa, and for eight years he has not seen his relatives.

 From the crashed ship, Robinson drags ammunition, provisions, tools onto a somehow constructed raft, and unloads on the island. To his amazement, he finds out that the island is uninhabited. Several times he visited the ship, taking away from there every day the necessary things for life. He built a dwelling, saved gunpowder from the rain, learned a lot and was meaningful for him in this life. He learns everything: to plant the grains of barley and rice, accidentally hidden in the corner of the bag; hunt goats, domesticate them and get milk and cheese from them;

 This world, indifferent to him, opposes Robinson: wind, rain, wild fauna and flora. In his case, to live, it means that you have to see and notice everything, learn. He is not lost in time: he makes notches, keeps a calendar of time.

 The happened earthquake forces him to move, and the next day a destroyed ship is nailed, but from which Robinson still manages to grab building materials and tools. The island turned out to be rich in melons and grapes, hares, turtles and foxes. Penguins! But Robinson does not go far from the coast, spends almost all his time there, which is now full. Liberation can come from the sea. Robinson learned pottery and basket weaving, made a pipe. There is a lot of tobacco on the island.

 He spent twenty-eight years on the island before an English ship appeared. In England, he did not find his parents alive, but the plantations were under supervision, and the manager returned his income in full for all the years of absence. Robinson has three children and a huge travel experience that will never be forgotten!
