This summer was very unusual and memorable. I've always appreciated summertime spent not at home, but somewhere new, somewhere I haven't been before. I really enjoy exploring the world around me. This is interesting and exciting. So I thought until the summer of this year. How did I usually spend my summer holidays? We always went to Sochi or Crimea. My family is big and fun: mom, dad, me, my little sister, brother and our dear pet Oscar. We love to frolic on the sea, go on excursions, take unforgettable photos with a beautiful landscape. But this summer we all decided to give up traveling. As our parents explained to us: "The situation in the world is unstable and ambiguous, so for security reasons, we will spend this summer in our hometown." I was even upset at first, and I felt uneasy. How come I spent the whole year trying, studying, getting high marks, behaving roughly and not contradicting my parents. And all for the sake of that cool holiday at the sea, and here is such a surprise. That's a sooot!) Both sad and funny, but... I couldn't change anything, nor could I influence my mom and dad's decision. The dull gray days of everyday life began, as I thought.

On a typical summer day, my mother said, " We're going on a picnic." I was very impressed with the training camp. I've collected all my favorite treats that I love with all my heart. My sister and brother took their favorite toys, my parents prepared a tent and sleeping bags, food, soft blankets. And, of course, we couldn't help but put down our family hobbies: badminton, volleyball ball and soccer, as well as board games: dominoes, cards, mafia. We loaded everything into our roomy SUV and went to nature. On the way, we met our friends who also decided to go to nature. We hummed incendiary. It's just space. Bonfire, baked potatoes, shish kebabs, fish. All around is silence, twilight, moon and starry sky. The beauty of the night, so calm and peaceful. After the meal, we lay down to rest from the road and settled down on blankets. We didn't feel like sleeping, so we started having heart-to-heart conversations... I was suddenly so moved by this conversation...I've never been more open with my family than they are with me. This atmosphere affected me in a special way. It was the first trip, so sincere, unlike any other for each of us. It was like this every night. We shared our emotions with each other and then fell asleep. So we spent three whole weeks of outdoor recreation.

The second half of the summer was no less good). Family evenings and joint viewing of movies, TV shows and their discussion, walking around the area and eating ice cream)). I liked the very retro TV series "Adventures of Electronics". The phrase stuck in my mind: "You have embellished life, and a true artist must be truthful." I like to paint pictures in my spare time: portraits, the sea. And I learned from this show how important it is to be truthful. How I was struck to the depths of my soul by the book "The Little Prince"presented to me. After reading it, my world was different. I began to look at a lot of things with different eyes and from different angles. During this summer, I began to better understand myself, my family and the world around me!
