The patriotism of the soldiers in the poem of M. Y. Lermontov "Borodino"
His brilliant poem "Borodino" Mikhail Lermontov dedicates the heroic battle of Borodino in 1812. Those heavy, bloody battles we know from the lessons of history. But Lermontov, in the language of a common soldier tells about the heroism of the Russian people. In his story he seems to be re-living the terrible events to which he was.

The story in the poem is the first person in response to a question from a young companion: "Tell me, uncle, for good reason Moscow burnt by fire, Frenchman given?". And old soldiers with the pain of the victims and pride for the resilience in the terrible years of the war begins his story. He says simply, without lofty words and calls. But in the story, the feelings that this heroic soldier puts in his words, we see self-esteem, mutual respect, and respect for his commander. But most of all felt his love for the Motherland. Not to the village, where he grew up, but to the country - the country in which he lives. All of this is felt from the first words of his story, where he speaks about the heroes of the heroes of his time: "Yes, there were people presently, not that the current tribe. The heroes - not you". And then he told you directly about the fight. He talks about the retreat: "We have long silent retreat.", and the displeasure of the soldiers their commanders: "do Not dare that, if the commanders aliens tear uniforms..." and the anticipation of the battle: "it was Annoying, the fight was waiting for...".But in all the episodes, narrated by a soldier, it is not the experience of one person, and the bitterness of the retreat, the resistance of all ordinary soldiers. In his story, he gently insensibly from "I" to the word "we": "I Scored the charge in the gun tight", and then "we'll ache the wall, so we'll stand head for your home". This suggests that the feat made he is not alone. It is the merit of all his associates. He does not forget his commander.with what warmth and love he says of the Colonel: "the Servant king, father of soldiers, Yes sorry it is struck by Bulat..." it is felt that the commander actually treated the soldiers like father to sons. This is underscored by the words of the commander: "Guys! not Moscow eh for us?". He is not ordering the soldiers to fight to the death, but called for his sons to fend for their land. The soldiers appreciated the call, promising to die under Moscow, and "the oath of loyalty kept".

The soldiers describes as a scary, bloody. And though he first said that he scored a projectile that is meant firefight, then he tells us that the case even reached the melee. The fight went the whole day. We see the smoke from gunfire and lancers, and Dragoons, and mountains of corpses. "The hand of fighters to prick tired." It tells about the heroic resistance of the Russian soldiers. They fought not on the orders of senior officers, and fought for their country, for Moscow.

But the day passed. The next morning the soldiers were again ready to start a new battle. But the French retreated. And then "...we began to count the wounds, comrades considered." That is, after the battle, the soldiers began to count how many of the victims. And before that they had no time to do it, they had to fight. Not escape, not hide, but to fight to the death.

In this poem Lermontov in the face of a common soldier showed all the people who heroically fought in a harsh time.
