Shark is a dangerous inhabitant of the deep sea and leading the most that neither is a pirate lifestyle. The predator eats small fish, octopuses, hunts seals and sea turtles, and sometimes even humans.
The external appearance of a predatory fish suggests that sometimes it is better to stay away from it: a streamlined torpedo-like body shape, strong fins and sharp, like a saw, teeth, located randomly in several rows, an arched dorsal fin. There is no doubt that meeting such a monster will not bring anything good!
Shark mouth is really scary. In other animals, the teeth are arranged in one row in the lower and upper jaw. And the toothy beauty has five rows of teeth.
The great white shark is especially insidious. The fish can be up to 12 meters long and weigh about three tons. The predator moves quickly, so the chances of survival for everyone who get in its way are minimal.
Everyone knows that bandits prefer to work in a group. So is the toothy beauty - she has a lot of faithful helpers, in particular, fish - pilots. Studying the life of underwater inhabitants, you can really notice that small fish always swim side by side with their captain, removing various parasites from the sandpaper-like skin and removing food particles that are stuck in the sharp teeth of the fish.
There is also an assumption that these small fish, upon seeing prey, rush forward, thereby indicating the path of the predator to the prey. The shark protects its subjects in every possible way: it does not attack them and does not give offense.
Most attacks occur unexpectedly and instantly. Usually, victims do not feel the presence of the predator until it strikes the first blow, finding the shark at the last moment of the attack. The robbers are not afraid and very curious. In the literal sense of the word, the fish tastes its prey by the mouth. True, this is already enough for the victim to die.
The robber shark has a large army of enemies. With such a vengeful nature, it would be strange if she did not have them. Sharks often fall prey to the larger species of their family. Sometimes a predator can fight a killer whale or a large crocodile. It is very difficult to predict the outcome of such a battle!
Be that as it may, not all shark species are dangerous. Many of them are friendly enough. For example, the largest fish species on planet Earth, the whale shark, is not at all aggressive. It feeds on plankton, small crustaceans and never attacks other marine inhabitants.
