Many of my classmates consider her birthday the most favorite holiday. I like more the New year. Birthday is one day of the year when relatives come to visit and compete my ears (not a pleasant feeling). New year celebration lasts for almost a month, and new year holidays, the longest in the school year. Besides the gifts you receive at school and at home.
I love this holiday for the opportunity to wear costumes. In the first three primary grades, the costumes I chose mom. They were mostly elves, Musketeers, and various animals. But since the fifth grade costume party I choose. At last year's event, I was a Japanese ninja with a katana on his belt. This costume in our school, nobody wore, I was the first. This year I wore a costume of my favourite character Thor. His hammer Mjollnir had to order online, hammer that came with the costume were plastic and fragile. But the new came beautiful and shining.
The first tradition is decorating the Christmas tree. We always decorate the Christmas tree and the house on January 25, the Catholic Christmas. Mom says that even our grandmother did. The second - a family discussion on new year's eve menu. We sit at the table and begin to offer meals for the occasion. The third tradition - to celebrate New year on the street, blowing in the sky fireworks. This is my favorite new year tradition. I stand and look at the sky, making a wish every volley salute and hope they all come true.
