View from my window
For each person, his home is important, the place where he lives, the air he breathes, the people who surround him - everything that he hears and sees around him. This is what I would like to tell you about today.

My family lives in a very picturesque place, on the outskirts of a large metropolis, not far from the Kama River. Civilization meets nature here: the urban landscape coexists with the crowing of roosters and the noise of the forest, with a riot of greenery outside the window in the summer and pictures from a fairy tale in the cold. Our house stands almost on the edge of a pine forest, smoothly turning into the endless Ural taiga. And the view from the window is simply enchanting.

Every morning we admire the gardens, sleeping under a white blanket in winter and blooming in spring and summer. They are especially beautiful in autumn, dressed in an attire of gold and crimson leaves.

And below there are endless meadows, snow-covered in the cold season and playing with bright colors at other times of the year. In the morning, through the open window, one can hear the noise of the forest, singing birds and chirping grasshoppers. The breeze carries the smell of flowers and herbs. And before the rain, the air is filled with the heady scent of a pine forest.

But the river, sparkling in the sun and darkening in bad weather, is especially mesmerizing. Picturesque sunrises and sunsets over it are a sight worthy of an artist's brush, and which one wants to look at endlessly.

Our guests always admire the view of the Kama from our window.

"There smells of hot bread in our house,

And a river runs somewhere under the mountain ..." - these words from the song describe our life.

But not only nature caresses our eyes. I love to look at the lights of the big city, which are lit every evening on the opposite bank, they sparkle with colorful lights to the very line of the horizon. White ships are sailing along the water surface, trains are hurrying somewhere along the bridge, buzzing, talking with each other.

And under the very window my friends laugh, the well-groomed city courtyard pleases the eye, the sports ground beckons to play.

I love my small homeland very much and will not exchange the place in which I live for any other.
