Another academic year has been completed. Ahead of the summer holidays. They seem very long against the background of autumn, winter and spring holidays. It seems that there is a lot of time ahead and you can have time to sleep longer, and take a walk, and play computer games, and read interesting books, and, of course, communicate with friends. I want to have time to do a lot of things, including go somewhere with the whole family, stay with my grandparents in the village, play football with the boys in the yard, ride a Bicycle in the breeze, enjoy nothing but doing and relax from school...
But unfortunately, this year many of the things that I have planned for myself will be quite difficult to accomplish. Or, more likely, simply impossible. Because we live in a difficult time, when there is a quarantine and travel is prohibited anywhere. That is why this summer our family will live in a dacha, the good thing that we have it. And communication with local boys and girls will have to be minimized, since parents believe that it is not safe.
That is why I set myself up to help my parents in the garden at the dacha, to lie on the lawn with a book in my hands, to swing on a suspended swing standing on our plot, and to communicate with friends online in social networks and messengers. In the morning I will sleep longer and eat too many garden strawberries, raspberries and blackberries, inhale the aroma of flowers planted by my mother on the plot.
And one day the quarantine will be lifted, and I will be able to see my friends, my grandparents, and give them a big hug. And at this moment I will be able to swim with the boys on the river, play football, ride in the breeze with the local guys on a Bicycle and go to visit. Meanwhile, I am packing my backpack and preparing to enjoy quiet family evenings with my parents at our dacha in the Moscow region. Summer, even in this situation, is a long-awaited time and the best time of the year.
