Sometimes all of us get lazy, we all know that thing. We don’t want to do homework, do housework or help our parents. Being lazy isn’t good thing of our mind, we need to beat it.
First, you need to know the reason why you don’t want to do something. If the reason is just in low confidence or being tired of doing, a person needs to relax, change work or get a support from another people. But if you refuse working because of work, it’s a signal for you and you need to work with your problem to destroy it.
It’s bad thing because than more a person does nothing, more he doesn’t want to do anything. He accustoms to be lazy. All people must understand that without working you won’t get a good result. Man with capital letter M should develop himself and work hardly to get respect from society. Developed person is respected, people want to meet him. A lot of meetings are very good for your confidence.
Today there are lots of ways to manage our time easier so you will work much better. For example, my mother does all housework with “fly-lady” system. One of the system’s points means that you have to do one thing you don’t like everyday so you don’t need to do all of your unliked things. My mum has time for all things and she doesn’t become tired. This method can be used for all things such as homework, reading book, walking your dog etc. There are lots of other methods those you can find in Google and use them as well.
It’s important to praise yourself for done tasks. For example, you can buy a chocolate and eat it when you end your homework or another business. Plan also is a way to manage your own time. It can be made even for a month, but you shouldn’t break it. If you break it, you won't be organised and time-management will be broken for you and your confidence.
Labour made a human from monkey and if we are lazy we will degrade and become very bad. We need to control ourselves and organize. We need to remember what we get in result so the labour will be done much easier.
