Private detective Sherlock Holmes
Essay on a story by A. C. Doyle's "Blue carbuncle", 7th grade.

Are there in the world of literary characters and fans which faithfully believe in their reality? The characters, after which open a lot of museums around the world, called the street and filmed not one movie or show but many? Of course, Yes! Probably everyone after such a question could give a definite answer. Who, no matter how famous detective Sherlock Holmes fits these criteria? The protagonist of the works of Arthur Conan Doyle - the master of solving complex mysteries and puzzles, is known for his deductive method of the detective Sherlock Holmes. Man, from the attention which did not escape no detail.

Let's take a closer look at the story of the blue carbuncle. Quite by accident into the hands of detective gets two things: Christmas goose and an old hat. It is difficult to find here some traces of the crime, but Sherlock, clinging to every detail was able to tell you in detail about the owner of the hat. While reading I tried to try on the image of Watson and come to some conclusions on their own, but nothing sensible ever came of it.

Unfortunately, I learned that I am no detective, but it was still extremely interesting. Holmes, only one loop of the hat come to many valid conclusions. Despite the brilliance of the private detective in the novel, it seemed to me that not all of his conclusions are correct. For example, he claimed that a man whose large head, incredibly smart, but as for me, this is nothing more than a stereotype.

If you do not take into account such minor lapses, the detective is really brilliant. Finding a goose in the blue carbuncle it easily connects all of the findings. He decides to know the origin of the goose and then was able to justify an innocent man.

If anything, Sherlock acted completely disinterested. The best reward for him was the very solution of the riddle. Sometimes, I catch myself thinking that I would be very glad to meet such a man, if he existed. But, unfortunately, this meeting will never happen.
