I believe that the level of human development, is its success. If a person has no interests and no Hobbies, I don't think it can be called successful. The level of self-development on many influences, including financial and professional well-being. People who want to become better educated for themselves, often reaching tremendous heights in his career.
Besides, I think a successful person must be able to find a common language with all people. We often contact with each other, and if the ability to find common language is not developed, then many opportunities will be lost, because often the success depends on the success of others. A successful person can negotiate, to compromise, to listen to the other person, but still intelligently defend their opinions and not to succumb to provocations. But the most important quality of a successful person is the ability to harmonize with himself.
