Going into the forest, you never know which of the forest dwellers you can meet. It can be a squirrel in his beautiful red fur coat, or a cowardly bunny that will quickly sneak across the path. The forest greets you with iridescent birdsong. Here you can hear a woodpecker knocking or a cuckoo cuckoo. The forest is the best place for animals. This is their home and natural habitat.
Despite the fact that the forest is always beautiful, it seems to me that there is simply no better time for walking than the very beginning of October. At this time, the weather is still quite warm, you can enjoy the last rays of the sun, which transform the forest in a special way, forcing it to show its new autumn decoration in all its glory. Indeed, by this time the forest had replaced its monochromatic and orderly foliage that was tired over the summer with a bright red and gold outfit. He seems to be preparing for the holiday. At this time it is pleasant to walk in the forest and collect its autumn gifts.
In autumn, the forest is full of special aromas, inhaling which you seem to be filled with incredible energy and health. Every autumn I go mushrooming with my mother. She loves to pick mushrooms and is well versed in them. Having found another mushroom, I always show it to my mother, so as not to make a mistake and not to pick up inedible mushrooms. Back home, my mother prepares us potatoes with mushrooms or mushroom rich soup. It turns out very tasty!
We love with the whole family to go to the forest for a picnic, where we kindle a fire in a place allowed for this, bake potatoes in uniforms, fry kebabs, sausages, and marshmallows. Then we sit down on the stumps, eat what we have prepared. The outdoor food is especially delicious. But I especially like it when dad plays the guitar for us.
