Why is it necessary to analyze your own mistakes?

Errors can be of various kinds. For example, a person may choose a specialty for which he does not have the ability, have a friendship with a vile person, unsuccessfully get married or get married. These miscalculations bring us suffering, they worsen our self-esteem. But as a rule, they do not lead to global problems. The situation is quite different if a mistake is made in the workplace. This is especially true for such professions as a pilot, a machinist, where the consequences of any mistake can lead to disastrous results.

Our ancestors said that "it is human to make mistakes." This aphorism accurately reflects our life. It is impossible to meet a person who has never made mistakes. It's impossible! However, not all people are able to analyze their own mistakes and draw conclusions based on this.

Most of the mistakes we make can be corrected or prevented from occurring in the future. For this you need to do an analysis. Find out why this error was made? Was it possible to avoid it? How can you fix it? Here is a rough list of questions to ask yourself.

Recognizing a mistake is the first step to correcting it. There is no reason to be afraid of mistakes, since all people make them. Humanity is not yet perfect enough to take exceptionally correct actions. But you shouldn't forget about working on mistakes. After all, such miscalculations and their analysis can become not a "stone" on the road of life, but a full-fledged step that can raise a person to perfection.
