Proper nutrition

 One of the main and heatedly discussed topics in our modern world is the topic of proper nutrition. Parents have been telling us from childhood that we need to eat right. And now, I would like to tell you what exactly is proper nutrition?


 The main component and important basis of health is the use of healthy foods. These include fruits, vegetables, meat, fish and many dairy and fermented milk products. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber and vitamins. Now it's worth figuring out what it is and why they are to the body:


 Fiber is a complex carbohydrate that makes up the hollow fibers that form the cell walls of almost all plants. This polysaccharide is not digested in the human stomach and small intestine, but it performs a number of vital functions for health.


 Vitamins are organic compounds that are needed in small amounts for adequate metabolism.


 Meat is high in protein. All dairy and fermented milk products and cheese contain a large amount of calcium. All this is very important for the human body, and therefore proper nutrition is necessary for people and, especially for growing children.


 Proteins are the main material for the formation of muscles, cells, tissues and organs. And this is not a complete list of what it is needed for.


 Calcium helps to neutralize acids in the body, restoring the acid-base balance.


 From such foods as chips, croutons, burgers, candies and sweets, the body does not get anything good. He becomes weak, prone to disease, and the person's appearance loses its beauty. You can eat these products, but it is important to know when to stop and give preference to healthy food because everyone wants to have external beauty and good health. All coaches advise adhering to the principles of proper nutrition when losing excess weight. Based on the foregoing, there is even no point in arguing that proper nutrition is a guarantee of beauty and long life.
