The image of "Turgenev's girl" in the novel "Dvoryanskoe Gnezdo"
In this Turgenev novel, all the characters are simple, honest and good-natured. It was a kind of experiment of the author, who is really successful. The author speaks about self-denial and most of all, this idea can be seen in the way Lisa Kalitina.
Interestingly, the girl's parents, little attention has been paid to education. Her father worked a lot, and therefore encumbered with only the material support of the family. Her mother though, and claimed that many were engaged in the child, but in fact she was absolutely not up to it. Education Lisa was doing the nanny, Agatha. It was a woman with a strong character, besides incredibly beautiful. Loved her master so much that even despite the presence of his wife, decided to bring her into the house. And after the death of his master, his wife didn't even try to argue with Agatha and left her in his home, though forced to marry a cattleman, who soon put his wife. No difficulties could break her character.
Lisa loved my nanny, but the mother is not perceived, although the father was afraid, but because I tried not to disappoint him. The girl was intelligent, insightful and thoughtful. When it's time to think about his personal life, two guys decided to Woo her, but Marecki, which she liked, was already married. And it was for her barrier. She's afraid to fall in love with him as hard as I've never loved before and it's too late. The power of the spirit of nineteen-year-old Lisa is amazing. This is most likely a reflection of the character of Agatha.
The main character makes me only admiration, like other protagonists of the novel.
